We follow the Swedish Consumer Association (Konsumentverket) regulations.
The following terms and conditions are valid between you as a customer and plusdesign AB when you purshase at www.annicavallin.com.
You must be 18 years of age to be able to order from www.annicavallin.com
Placed order means that you have accepted our terms and conditions.
Plusdesign are not responsable for printing errors and have the right to change our prices without any prior notice.
The price stated on the date of purchase is valid.

Your information is being stored in our data base system. This information is not shared with any outside Plusdesign AB.

Prices
All prices are in Euros (english) and are inclusive of 25% VAT for deliveries within EU.
For deliveries outside EU prices ex VAT are to be used. The prices stated on the date of your placed order is the valid price.
We deliver with DHL Service point or the Swedish Post within Sweden and with the Swedish Post outside Sweden.
Terms of Payment
Payment is made with a valid creditcard. Delivery is made as soon as we have received your payment.
Invoice - which we only can offer through Klarna Invoice within Sweden.
Time of Delivery
All products are delivered from our warehouse within 2-3 days unless something else is stated.
The time of transit within Sweden is normally 1-2 working days and outside Sweden 4-5 working days.
Incorrect information/not collected deliveries
We charge sek 150,- for non collected deliveries.
We do not take responsibiliy for lost packages due to incorrect delivery information.
Right to return your purchase/Reclamation
In case of reclamation you have a right to get the article re-placed in accordance with the rules of the Swedish Customer Association.

Right to return your purchase/Reclamation
- You have the right to return a non-used product within 30 days after receiving the delivery.
- Please send your information to info@plusdesign.se stating the product, your customer account, name and adress.
- Please state reason for return and if you want to have another product as replacement.
- If you want to return the product without replacement, the customer is responsable for the cost of transport and for the risk.
- We email you as soon as we have received the delivery and accepted the article returned.
